Sugar apricot bowl

Ingredients

Mango mustard dipping sauce:

  • 3/4 cup mango pieces

  • 2 tbsp. honig

  • 3 tbsp. traditional mustard dijon

  • 1/2 tsp. chili flakes

  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

Ingredients

Bowl:

  • 1 cup cooked edamame

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup mini mozzarella balls

  • 2 purple carrots, peeled

  • 2 cups lamb's lettuce leaves, washed

  • 1 orange mini paprika, sliced

  • 1/2 cup sliced sugar apricots, halved

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tsp. black sesame seeds

  • Kosher salt and freshly-ground black pepper

Instructions

Mango mustard dipping sauce:

  1. Place dipping sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Instructions

Bowl:

  1. To serve, place the bowl ingredients in 1 bowl or plate.

  2. Drizzle with oil and top with fresh ground pepper, sesame seeds and salt.

  3. Serve right away and enjoy :)
