Multigrain bread

Ingredients

  • 1/ cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup pine nuts

  • 1/4 pumpkin seeds

  • 1/4 pistachio seeds, chopped

  • 1/4 golden flaxseeds

  • 1/4 cup brown flaxseeds

  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped

  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped

  • 1/2 cup almond meal

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1/4 flaxseed oil

  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal

  • 1/2 coconut flour

  • 3 cups water

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (optional)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.

  2. Line a 10cm x 20cm baking pan with non-stick baking paper.

  3. Mixe all the dried ingredients in a bowl and slowgly add the wet ingredients until combine.

  4. Pour the mixture into the baking pan.

  5. Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes or until firm.
