Watermelon bowl

Ingredients

Bowl:

  • 1 cup watermelon

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 1 banana

Toppings:

  • Vanilla ice

  • 1/2 cup coconut cubes

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • Mint leaves

  • 1 tsp popped quinoa

Instructions

  1. Place the watermelon, strawberries and banana in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 breakfast bowls.

  2. Top with the coconut, mint, blueberries, ice, quinua and additional toppings as you like.

  3. Top with sweetener as needed.

  4. Serve right away.
