Sweet granadilla & Passion fruit slushy

Ingredients
Slush:
- 2 sweet granadillas 
- 1 1/2 cup ice cubes 
- 6 tbsp. passion fruit syrup (for a homemade recipe see below)

Passion fruit:
- 4 ripe passion fruit, halved 
- 1/2 cup water 
- 1/2 cup sugar 
Instructions
- In medium saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Cook uncovered over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. 
- Scoop out the edible seeds of the passion fruit and scoop into a sieve held over a bowl. Push the seeds against sieve with a wooden spoon to extract the juice and flesh. 
- Scoop the juice and flesh into the sugar water and stir for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. and rest for about 2 hours. 
- Combine 6 tbsp passion fruit syrup with the rest of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour slushy mix in a glasses and serve immediately.
