Watermelon bowl

Ingredients
Bowl:
- 1 cup watermelon 
- 1 cup strawberries 
- 1 banana 
Toppings:
- Vanilla ice 
- 1/2 cup coconut cubes 
- 1/2 cup blueberries 
- Mint leaves 
- 1 tsp popped quinoa 
Instructions
- Place the watermelon, strawberries and banana in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 breakfast bowls. 
- Top with the coconut, mint, blueberries, ice, quinua and additional toppings as you like. 
- Top with sweetener as needed. 
- Serve right away.
