Hardy kiwis breakfast bowl

Ingredients

Bowl:

  • 1 cup hardy kiwis

  • ½ banana

  • ½ cup oat flakes

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp. agave syrup

  • 1 date

Toppings:  

  • 1/4 cup hardy kiwis

  • 1/4 cup physalis kiwis

  • 1/4 cup raspberries

  • 1/4 cup coconut cubes

  • 1 tsp. sesam seeds

Instructions

  1. In medium saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil and add the oat flakes and date. Cook uncovered over medium heat 5 minutes.

  2. Combine the oats and the rest of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into 2 breakfast bowls.

  3. Top with the raspberries, coconut, physalis and kiwis and additional toppings, as you like.

  4. Top with sweetener as needed.

  5. Serve right away.

Good to know!

  • You can add honey instead of agave syrup.
