Psyllium fruit bowl

Ingredients

Bowl:

  •  1/3 cup psyllium husk

  • 1 cup blackberries

  • 1 cup oat milk

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon powder

  • 1/2 tbsp. cardamom powder

  • 2 tbsp. agave syrup

  • 1 tbsp. date syrup

Toppings:

  • Fresh fruits pieces: Cherries, maracuya, blueberries, currant

  • 1 tbsp. date syrup

  • 1 tsp. sesam seeds

  • 1 tbsp. coconut flakes

  • 1 tsp. edible flowers

Instructions

  1. Combine the bowl ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into 2 breakfast bowls.

  2. Top with the fruit pieces, coconut flackes, edible flowers, date syrup, sesam seeds and additional toppings, as you like.

  3. Top with sweetener as needed.

  4. Serve right away.
