Homemade crispy nachos

Prep. Time: 20 min - Cook Time: 00 min - Total Time: 140 min - Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (160 g) corn flour

  • 1⁄2 cup (80 g) wheat flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Oil (neutral, high heat)

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix corn flour, wheat flour and salt.

  2. Add water, olive oil and milk and more water if necessary.

  3. Add the butter and knead the dough for 5 minutes.

  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

  5. Divide the dough into 6 equal-sized balls and press flat and elongated.

  6. Place the dough on a board, cut into triangles and prick a few times with a fork.

  7. Prick a few times.

  8. Heat a frying pan over the medium heat with the oil.

  9. Fry the nachos for 3 minutes.

  10. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  11. Enjoy with any delicious deep ;)
