Greek Yogurt Dessert

Ingredients

Yogurt:

  • 600 gr. Greek yogurt

  • 4 tbsp. honey

  • 1 tsp, vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp. walnuts, chopped

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup white currants

  • 2 figs. sliced

  • 1/2 tbsp. walnuts

  • 1 tsp. lemon zest

  • 2 tbsp. pistachio seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt with the vanilla, honey and walnuts until smooth. Pour into a breakfast bowl.

  2. Top with the figs, pistachios, lemon zest, walnuts and additional toppings, as you like.

  3. Top with sweetener as needed.

  4. Serve right away.
