White currants smoothie bowl

Ingredients

Bowl:

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1/2 cup oat milk

  • 1/2 cup pear pieces

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp. anis powder

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup white currants

  • 1/4 cup physalis. sliced

  • 1/4 cup blueberries, sliced

  • 1/4 cup kiwis, sliced

  • 1 tsp. edible flowers (rose petals)

  • pistachio seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the bowl ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into a breakfast bowl.

  2. Top with the fruit pieces, edible flowers, pistachio seeds, and additional toppings, as you like.

  3. Top with sweetener as needed.

  4. Serve right away.
