Pink pearl with banana bowl

Ingredients

Bowl:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup oat milk

  • 2 tbsp. agave syrup

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp. cinammon powder

  • 1/4 tsp. cardamom powder

  • 1/4 tsp. ginger powder

  • 1/4 tsp. anis powder

  • 1/4 tsp. clove powder

Banana:

  • 1 ripe cooking banana, peeled and halved

  • 1 tsp. coconut oil

  • 1 tsp. date syrup

Toppings:

  • 1/2 pink pearl, sliced

  • 1/2 tbsp. pistachios

  • 1 tbsp. roasted coconut flakes

  • 1 tsp. edible flowers

Instructions

  1. Heat a small pan over low-to-medium heat and cook the oat bran ingredients for 7 minutes. Pour into 1 breakfast bowl.

  2. Heat a small pan over low-to-medium heat, add the coconut oil and place the halved bananas. Let them cook for 4 minutes each side.

  3. Top the oat brand with the banana (drizzle with the date syrup), pink pearls, pistachios, edible flowers, coconut flakes and additional toppings, as you like.

  4. Top with sweetener as needed.

  5. Serve right away.
