Raspberry smoothie bowl

Ingredients

Bowl:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • ½ cup coconut milk

  • 1 big sweet mandarin, juiced

  • 1 tbsp. dark coconut blossom syrup

Toppings:

  •  ½ cup persimmon pieces

  • 1 tsp. white sesame seeds

  • 4 strawberry-rhubarb date balls

Instructions

1.     Combine the bowl ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into 2 breakfast bowls.

2.     Top with the persimmon pieces, sesame seeds, strawberry-rhubarb date balls, and additional toppings, as you like.

3.     Top with sweetener as needed.

4.     Serve right away.
