Strawberry Fig Smoothie Bowl

Prep. Time: 5 min - Cook Time: 5 min - Total Time: 10 min - Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

Bowl:

  • 125 gm strawberries

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp. agave syrup

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • ½ banana

  • 1 dried fig

Toppings:

  • 1 cup honey almond cereal

  • 1 tsp. pistachios

  • 3 cup strawberries

  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt

Instructions

1.     In medium saucepan, bring almondmilk to a boil and add the rolled oats. Cook uncovered over medium heat 5 minutes.

2.     Combine the oats and the rest of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into 2 breakfast bowls.

3.     Top with the strawberries, pistachios, greek yogurt, honey almond cereal, and additional toppings, as you like.

4.     Top with sweetener as needed.

5.     Serve right away.
